We recommend that children be at least ten years old to attend a performance. Children under the age of 5 will not be allowed into the theatre.

We always send a confirmation email for successful bookings. Sometimes people misspell their email addresses or have problems with their mailbox. If you haven't received a confirmation email after 30 minutes, please email info@musical.ge, providing your booking reference from the confirmation page; if you don't have this, please provide your full name and the date you purchased tickets for. Please specify the email address you would like us to send the confirmation to if you are not emailing from that address.

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion.

Latecomers may be asked to wait in the lobby until the second half of the show.

Most of the dialogues are in English. However, there are some conversations and phrases in Georgian, with English subtitles.

The theatre hall is located on the second floor with no elevator. Manual lifting up/down the stairway is available before and after the show. Should you require assistance for physically disabled guest(s), please make sure to contact us at least 12 hours before the show at info@musical.ge

All guests are welcomed with a complementary glass of Georgian wine. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks might be available for sale before the start of the show and during the intermission.

We might have last-minute cancellations of reservations on the performance day. To purchase released tickets, give us your contact details in advance by emailing info@musical.ge: provide your name, the desired number of tickets and the quickest way to get in touch with you. If tickets become available, a member of our team will contact you.

It is not possible to buy tickets at the theatre box office. Tickets can be bought at the box office of Philarmony everyday exept Sunday and Tuesday (break: 14:00-15:00).  Otherwise, tickets can be bought online at TKT.GE.


"Welcome To Georgia - The Musical" lasts approximately one hour and thirty minutes, including one intermission.

All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Both paper and digital tickets are valid if the unique QR code is clearly visible and available to scan.

The use of camera and sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Doors open 60 minutes before showtime; To avoid queues, we recommend arriving no less than 25 minutes before the show begins.

Tickets go on sale approximately 3 months before the performance. We would like to encourage guests to purchase tickets in advance to ensure they get the best seats; however, seats remain on sale right up until the show begins, based on availability.
